Excitement Building for New Kingsbridge Skatepark

We have welcomed the first tenants to our new commercial premises 'Schooner Court' at Batson Creek in Salcombe. As part of our ambitions to help support and sustain the local marine economy, we have invested £1.28 million in the development of five new commercial units.

Council Prioritising climate and biodiversity action

Climate change and biodiversity issues are high on the agenda for the new administration at South Hams District Council, with a pledge of £40,000 to support the work of Sustainable South Hams and the formation of a new council advisory panel for climate matters.

New online service to help tenants

A new simplified online reporting system will support residents complaining about delays in resolving problems, helping you to take action if your property suffers from damp, mould or disrepair.
