Fit and proper persons acting as collectors
Every promoter of a collection shall exercise all due-diligence to secure that persons authorised to act as collectors for the purposes of the collections are fit and proper persons. They must also ensure compliance on part of persons so authorised with the provisions of the House to House Collections Regulations 194.
