Supporting information is essential to complete the Drainage Assessment and make sure your application can be processed as quickly as possible.
Plans should be to scale and show the required details such as
- gradients,
- Soakaway size,
- 5 m exclusion zones
- confirmation of the development area size.
- Flood Risk Assessments and Critical Drainage Areas
- If the development is in Flood zone 2/3 and/or a Critical Drainage Area (CDA), then please supply the plan from the Environment Agency
If you don't have the required plans yet, or need to undertake testing, then a copy of the validation list will be sent to you. Complete this webform again when you have the required documents, or produce your own document, as above.
