Please note, when high numbers of representations are submitted online, you may receive an error message after submitting your comment.
In most cases, we do still receive your comments. However, if you resubmit your comments this can generate a large number of duplicate records which can slow down the system even further.
If you receive an error message, please contact the planning team using the Online contact form, including the error message and the reference number of the planning application you are commenting on. We can then check to confirm that your comments have been received.
We apologise for the inconvenience. We are currently in the process of introducing a new planning IT system which will resolve this issue permanently.
