A Primary Authority partnership is when a business forms a statutory partnership with a single local authority regulator. The Authority becomes their primary contact for regulatory compliance across the country. Once a Primary Authority has been formally adopted, local authorities can contact the Primary Authority rather than your business. This will reduce the number of requests you receive from other regulators.
