A spokesman for Alun Griffiths (Contractors) Ltd said: "We will be working with the Slapton Line Partnership, to make sure that factors sensitive to this location are fully considered prior to work commencing and during the construction phase. We will aim to keep disruption to a minimum throughout the project.
"We would like to invite you to 'drop‐in' and see the proposed plans for this work which will be on display in Slapton Village Hall on Thursday 21st June between 3:00 pm and 7.30 pm, tea and coffee will be available. Members of the Alun Griffiths team delivering the project will be on hand to answer questions.
"We will establish a public information centre which will be staffed once a week by our public information officer Rosemarie Harrod, whose contact details can be found at the bottom of this letter."
