We are seeking a Senior Case Manager/Team Leader in Commercial Services, principally based at Ivybridge Depot, but able to work flexibly.
The focus of the role will be in leading front-line operational crews in the provision of waste and street cleansing services. We are looking for a confident person who is able to deal with challenging situations and someone who is able to motivate and encourage their team. You should be comfortable in dealing with a variety of ICT systems. You should also be able to deal with enquiries out of normal working hours and, in return for this, a vehicle will be provided.
The IMPACT Behavioural framework has been developed to support South Hams District and West Devon Borough Councils' ambitions for their workforce.
