It is important that if you are planning an event on Council land that you give careful consideration to how you will put on a safe and enjoyable event and to assist in this, we have information and a booking form available for you to use.

Remember, we will require a minimum of 28 day notice in advance of any proposed event.
Whilst there is no charge for charity or community events for the hire of the event space, South Hams District Council applies an administration fee of £50 per event.
Commercial / Trading events are charged at £240 per day, £60 for setting up, with the administration fee of £50 per event.
