To request a refund, please complete our online refund request .
We will refund your card payment following your refund request under the following conditions:
You must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want a refund. If the council determines that a refund is due, we will refund your payment within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.
If we do not deliver the goods within the specified delivery timeframe, you can cancel and request an immediate refund.
Please provide your receipt number when returning the item.
Cancellations will only be refunded at the discretion of the Council. You can cancel within 14 days, however if the service has started or been provided in full within the 14 days, we will charge you for the service that you have already had the benefit of. We will refund your payment or part-payment within 14 days of your request for a refund.
3) Failure to provide goods/service or payment issues
Upon receipt of notification of any issues, we will discuss and agree your refund within 5 working days. If, due to a technical issue, a payment is taken incorrectly, we will process your refund immediately.
Please note all refunds will reach your account according to your bank's/Credit card provider's timeframe - this is usually within 3 working days.
Refunds will only be made to the original method of payment.
