The Councils have undergone a systems upgrade on 3 April 2024 which means our data is now split between the old and the new system.
The Statistics page includes all requests dealt with under the Freedom of Information (FOI) Act 2000 and Environmental Information Regulations (EIR) 2004 over the past 2 years (as per the Council's data retention policy).
It shows the number of requests received and responded to by the Councils. You are able to search on outcome (how the requests were dealt with) and the service area who responded to the request and can also select a specified timeframe (within the limitations of the systems upgrade described above).
