Termination

Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, either party may terminate the Contract by giving the other party 28 working days written notice.

Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, the Council may terminate the Contract with immediate effect by giving written notice to the Customer if the Customer fails to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment.

Without affecting any other right or remedy available to it, the Council may suspend the supply of Services under the Contract or any other contract between the Customer and the Council if the Customer fails to pay any amount due under the Contract on the due date for payment.
