The Open Space, Sport and Recreation SPD is available on this website by using the links above.  It is also available for public inspection at the Council offices, Follaton House, Totnes on Monday – Thursday 08:30–17:00 hrs and Friday 08:30–16:30 hrs and at the local libraries within the district and at Plympton and Plymstock libraries within Plymouth.
