Any person(s) carrying on business as a scrap metal dealer.

How to apply

Application forms can be obtained from the Council's main offices in Totnes or by telephoning 01803 861234. You will need to complete the application form and return it to the Council.

Cost

There is no charge for this application.

How your application will be processed

Once a completed application form is received and the information has been checked the details are entered onto the register of Scrap Metal Dealers held by the Council. A certificate of registration will then be sent you.
