Outline planning permission has not yet been granted but will be once the Section 106 legal agreement is completed.  

Following the issuing of permission the developers will need approval of a number of planning conditions and consents persuant to the outline permission.  Construction is likely to commence during 2010 subject to the approval of these subsequent permissions.  

Once development has started on site the development will take approximately 12 -15 years to complete.
