In total 1939 different organisations, groups and individuals responded during the six week formal consultation period (30 June - 11 August 2006) when the Sherford AAP was submitted to the Secretary of State. 90 % of all the responses were submitted on standard letters of which there were three types. The first two were on behalf of
Plympton Community Council Action Group, and
Plymstock and Plympton City Conservative Councilors and the third
standard letter represented individuals. All three of the standard letters can be viewed below.
How do I view a representation?
You firstly need to find out the organisations, groups or individuals respondent number. This is a unique reference number given to each person who responded during the consultation period. You can do this by viewing the
A - Z index of respondents which alphabetically lists every respondent. If you are looking for a response from a particular organisation or agent, please refer to the
A - Z index of organisations and agents, which alphabetically lists every organisation and agent who responded during the consultation period. The respondent number can be found in the first column of each index entitled 'ID No'. The last 4 columns will tell you the type of representation received and where you can view it. For example if it was a standard letter please refer to the 'How do I view a standard letter' section below. For all other representations received you can view the scanned representation from the numerical list in the navigation area to the left, or the Table below.

How do I view a standard letter?
The three standard letters are available to view below. Adjacent to each of the standard letters is an Appendix which list all those respondents who replied using that specific standard letter. Organisations, groups or individuals who wrote additional comments on the standard form are distinguished within the Index by a tick in the last column. If you wish to view these particular representations, hard copies are available at the Council Offices, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes.

What were the main issues raised?
The
summary of representations collates the main issues raised during the consultation period. The issues raised are listed by paragraph, policy and proposal as per the Sherford Area Action Plan. The right hand column identifies which respondent made that particular comment.
