In total 1878 different organisations, groups and individuals responded during the alternative site consultation period (29 August - 10 October 2006). 97 % of all the responses received were submitted on standard letters, of which there were 3 types generated from;
Plympton Community Council, Action Group
Brixton Parish Council and the
Plymouth and South West Co-operative society. All three of the standard letters can be viewed below.

How do I view a standard letter?
The three standard letters are available to view below. Adjacent to each of the standard letters is an Appendix which list all those respondents who replied using that specific standard letter. Organisation, groups or individuals who wrote additional comments on the standard form are distinguished within the Index by a tick in the last column. If you wish to view these particular representations, hard copies are available at the Council Offices, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes.
