The Environment Agency states that on the 15th May 2006 the new agricultural waste regulations came into force.  It is now not possible to tip/dump, burn plastics and other materials that give rise to pollution on your farm.

15 May 2007 was the deadline for farms to begin to comply with the new rules and to register for any waste exemptions.
