Air Quality Review

The Council undertakes a yearly review of air quality. If you would like to comment on 2007 Air Quality review the document can be found on our air quality pages.

Application under the Environmental Permitting (England and Wales) Regulations 2007

The company known as Wales and West Utilities, Wales and West House, Spooner Close, Celtic Springs, Coedkernew, Newport, NP10 8FZ has applied to South Hams District Council for a permit to operate an odorisation installation

The application has been placed on the public register held at: South Hams District Council, Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, Devon, TQ9 0ER and can be inspected free of charge during normal office hours (please ask for Sarah Harcombe). Any written comments on the application should be made to the South Hams District Council (postal address as above or email sarah.harcombe@southhams.gov.uk by 31st July 2008. Any written comments will be placed on the public register unless they include a statement requesting that this is not done. If there is such a request the register itself will just include a note that representations have been made which are not on the register because of such a request. (25th June 2008₎
