Food safety laws require all food businesses to have a documented food safety management system in place to ensure that food is produced hygienically.
SFBB is a novel, simple and jargon free tool kit developed by the Food Standards Agency, the catering industry and local authorities which will assist small catering businesses and retailers meet the legal requirements.
The tool kit comprises of a free information pack and a diary which allow basic records to be kept.
