Wheeled bins are used by approximately 80% of the district and only properties that have nowhere to store wheeled bins or that have problems with access, meaning that we would be unable to empty wheeled bins, will receive a waste collection using black sacks.

If you do not have wheeled bins at your property, but think that your property is suitable for them, please contact us and we will find out why you don't have wheeled bins.  We want as many people as possible to use the wheeled bins, as they help to contain waste and prevent littering and they also give people the chance to compost their food and garden waste, reducing the amount of waste that is sent to landfill.

Between collections, the wheeled bins should be stored on your property and not left on the public highway where they might cause an obstruction to other people.

If either of your wheeled bins or your kitchen caddy are damaged or stolen, please let us know and we will replace or repair them free of charge.
