The Planning Obligations Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) sets out the Council's approved policy framework for processing and securing planning obligations.  The draft Planning Obligations SPD was available for comment over a six week period which ran from 29th August to 4pm on 10th October 2008.
 

Sustainability Appraisal

The Planning Obligations SPD has been subject to a Sustainability Appraisal (SA), incorporating Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) during it's preparation. A Sustainability Appraisal Report of the Planning Obligations SPD: (August 2008), which sets out the findings of the SA, accompanies the Planning Obligations SPD.
