Normally the annual bill will be payable in 10 monthly instalments payable on the 1^st of the month. There are a number of different methods by which you can make payment – see the panel on the left.

But, if you elect to pay by Direct Debit, you can also choose to pay on the:

• 15^th or 28^th of each month.
• annually (on the 1^st June)
• half yearly (on the 1^st June and the 1^st November)

Direct debit is far and away the most popular choice with our customers, with almost 70% of them choosing to pay that way. Don’t forget if you pay by direct debit you have the guarantee that, if a mistake is made, you will get a full and immediate refund. But in our experience it is extremely rare, almost unheard of, for money to be requested from your bank in error.
