How we collect and use information
Any information you provide for Council Tax purposes will be held by South Hams District Council. It will be used to assist with the billing and collection of Council Tax and/or National Non Domestic Rates, and will be held securely at all times. Information may be shared with other organisations, such as the Inland Revenue, Child Support Agency, Electoral Registrar, Local Authorities, and other organisations as required/permitted by law. If you wish to see the personal data that the Council holds, please contact the Council’s Data Protection Officer.
