If you are a South Hams resident you can buy a concessionary car park permit(s) allowing you to park in any SHDC owned car park, seven days a week, between the hours of 4:00pm and 10:00am.
Each permit costs £21 (inc. VAT), and is valid for one car, but you can purchase more than one permit if you wish. Permits are valid for 12 months.
As a trial concession during 2011, when the Park and Ride service is in operation, a Residents permit holder may park all day in the Park and Ride car park and use the Park and Ride bus to Dartmouth. They must show their square-shaped Park and Ride permit to the bus driver. From 1st February 2011 a new style Residents Permit will be issued which includes this Park and Ride permit to show to the bus driver. This allowance is now available during Dartmouth Regatta Week.
