The National Land Information Service (NLIS) is a Government initiative encouraging Local Authorities to modernise their systems in order to effectively deliver services like Local Land Charges Searches electronically.
Our Local Land Charges Search Service has been 'On-Line' since June 2002 and has the capability to receive and issue Local Land Charges searches electronically via the NLIS hub over the Internet.
