Salcombe has long been a desirable port of call for yachtsmen from all around the world. The stunning coastline and the 2000 acres of tidal water within the estuary provide an irresistible lure. Part of our role is to provide and maintain leisure facilities for all who visit us.

The Harbour Authority provides numerous facilities for visiting and resident vessels:

  • Deep water moorings
  • Deep water pontoons
  • Foreshore moorings
  • Short stay visitor pontoon (attached to shore)
  • Shore side resident pontoons
  • Floating rubbish collection point
  • Drying out facilities
  • Winter storage (ashore and afloat)
  • Water Taxi
  • R.N.S.A. deep water mooring
  • Yacht clubs
