The final report of the Prince's Foundation following the consultation and workshops held in June 2009 is available to view below. The Foundation has assessed potential development sites on design principles and aimed to ensure that selected sites will contribute to good place making.
The Foundation's report includes their recommendations and is one of many pieces of evidence shaping the Site Allocation DPDs. It is a very important piece of evidence, but it is not the only one and there will almost certainly be some instances where the DPDs will not entirely follow the Foundation's recommendations. This is likely to arise if other evidence suggests that the Foundation's conclusions are either not the most appropriate or might not be deliverable.
