Use the Accreditation Form to determine how well your club is doing in providing sporting activity in the community.  Will your organisation be a Sport South Hams Bronze, Silver or Gold standard club?

Bronze Standard Member Clubs will be able to apply for up to £250 (match funded)

Silver Standard Member Clubs will be able to apply for up to £500 per year (match funded)

Gold Standard Member Clubs will be able to apply for up to £1,000 per year (match funded)

The purpose of the accreditation scheme is to reward good practice amongst our member clubs and promote via e-mail /message board on the website.

Please Note: Many areas of good management and administration apply to all sports clubs but due to the huge variety of sports, there will be certain sections of the accreditation form which will not apply to many clubs.  For instance, not all clubs will have a junior sections and as such, the sections relating to this age group will be irrelevant.  As a result of the many variables across the range of sports clubs, allowances will be made in the final scoring in order to determine the level of accreditation.  However, shaded score boxes (in right hand column of the form) indicate areas of sports club management that nearly ALL clubs should be able to achieve.
