Please be aware that Follaton House is a NO SMOKING site and this is strictly enforced. Smoking is only permitted in the main car parks.

  Bookings can be made by filling out the online booking form above, telephoning Follaton House on 01803 861234 or by e-mailing: rooms@southhams.gov.uk (Please note that we do not hire out rooms during the weekend or after 5.00pm during the week).

• Room Charges

  Payment of room bookings will be due on receipt of invoice. An additional charge of £10.00 will be made if the security door card is not returned to Reception at the end of the day.

• Catering Available
  There is on site catering available from Follies Café that is delivered to the meeting room at the time stipulated.

• Cancellation Policy
  If you wish to cancel a room booking you need to contact 01803 861234 or email: rooms@southhams.gov.uk as soon as possible. A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel a room booking otherwise you will be charged 50% of the cost of the room hire charge and 100% of the cost of the catering.

• Health & Safety
  The fire alarm procedure will be explained by the organiser at the start of the day. The fire alarm is tested on a Tuesday between 10.00am and 12.00 noon. On hearing the alarm other than at the test time, vacate the building immediately by the nearest exit and go to the assembly point. (see map in room). Do not run. The meeting organiser should take the register of attendees out of the building and check that they are all present and correct once at the assembly point.
  DO NOT RE-ENTER THE BUILDING FOR ANY REASON UNTIL AUTHORISED.

All rooms comply with the Disability Discrimination Act and disabled toilet facilities are available.
