Agendas will normally be available 5 days before the meeting date. Minutes will be published within 5 days following the meeting. It is important to note that minutes are not formally recorded as a correct record until confirmed at the next meeting of that committee, therefore they are all potentially subject to change.

Once you have chosen the committee you would like to view, please click on the Agenda link on that page. The agenda will appear in a new browser window. Please use the links (underlined items) within the Agenda and your browser's Foward and Back buttons to navigate through the documents. Some of these documents are Adobe acrobat pdf files. To view you will need Adobe Acrobat version 4 or higher installed on your PC. To download this free software please click on the Adobe icon shown below or visit our help page on this site.

Close the Agendas/Minutes window when finished to return to the main SHDC Site.

Minutes Instructions

Once you have chosen the committee you would like to view, please click on the Minutes link on that page. This will take you directly to the minutes for the meeting you have chosen.
