Payments to Suppliers over £500

As part of a new government initiative, we are now publishing all payments over £500 online. This is to enable members of the public to examine spending in this sector.

To ensure that personal information is protected South Hams District Council exclude some items of expenditure from the published lists by removing the names of individuals. The main exclusions are personal data and commercially sensitive or confidential data. Examples of these are individual payments to private landlords for our housing clients or payments to individuals from due legal process.
