Programme for the Examination
Those who have made representations on the Affordable Housing DPD should have already decided whether their views can be dealt with in written form or whether they need to come and present them orally at the hearing session. Both methods will carry the same weight and the Inspector will have equal regard to views put orally or in writing.
The Inspector has prepared a Draft Programme for the Examination. This will be updated regularly.
Statements for the Hearing (Further written representations)
Respondents can submit further written evidence in support of their position; these submissions should focus upon the issues identified in the hearing session Agendas and to the same timetable.
