The Local Development Scheme (LDS) sets out the timetable for producing South Hams' Local Development Framework (LDF). It includes details of each Local Development Document (LDD) that will be produced, and the timescales and arrangements for their production. Collectively these LDDs will make up the Local Development Framework (LDF) for the area. The LDS is reviewed from time to time.
The South Hams Local Development Scheme explains:
- The new documents the Council intends to produce which will make up the South Hams LDF
- The subject matter and geographic area for each of the documents
- The timetable for the preparation of each document.
