Evidence Base

The Local Development Framework (LDF) Evidence Base supports the Development Plan Documents of the LDF. The Evidence Base consists of a range of studies which analyse particular social, environmental and economic factors across the district. They inform the preparation of documents within the South Hams LDF, and help justify why certain approaches have been taken. All the documents that form the Evidence Base are available to download below.
