The Council publishes a Business Premises list.  This register of business premises is regularly updated and contains information on publicly and privately owned premises as well as contact details of local agents.

Purchasing and Selling Tourism Businesses

South West Tourism has launched the Tourism Business Service designed to facilitate the purchase or sale of tourism businesses in the South West.  Sellers can benefit from advice, advertising and a matching service, while purchasers are offered a relocation and search service that includes advice, market information and details of suitable businesses.
