South Hams District Council Sites:
South Hams District Council occasionally has sites for sale that have development potential. These sites will be advertised through local media and agents and are also listed below :

Sensitive Development:
Successful development relies on a detailed consideration of many issues, in particular relating to the natural environment. In order to improve the quality of development the Council has produced a range of Supplementary Planning Guidance notes.
Wildlife and New Development:
New development must take account of protected sites and species; the planning application form has a question specifically on this issue.
