South Hams District Council is working in partnership with Teignbridge District Council and West Devon Borough Council, as well as the Devon Procurement Partnership and other agencies.

Contract opportunities are being piloted using the Devon Tenders Portal, suppliers can view opportunities from a variety of Councils in the South West: Contract Opportunities.  Subject to the value of the contract South Hams District Council will also advertise its own contracts in local newspapers and related trade journals. In addition contracts over the EU threshold will be published in the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU).
