I, Andrew Jonathan Bates, being the Counting Officer at the above election, do hereby give notice that the result of votes cast is as follows:

Do you want South Hams District Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Staverton to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?

Number cast in favour of a Yes 212 88%
Number cast in favour of a No 29 12%

The number of ballots rejected was as follows:
