Funding is being provided by the UK Government for the Household Support Fund (HSF5) up to September 2024. This is to help the most vulnerable households with the cost of essentials such as food and utilities.

At times, due to the high volumes of claims received, it could take longer than expected to process them. At these times, please bear with us whilst we endeavour to process them as quickly as we can.
Please note that due to limited funding, if you have received an award from the fund within the last six months, you will not receive another award at this time. Any applications received will be refused. This is so that we can provide assistance to as many of our residents as possible.
