7. Update on the Compliance Review of the Code of Corporate Governance – to consider a report which informs of the progress being made on the issues identified by the compliance review of the 2008 Code of Corporate Governance reported at the April 2009 Joint Audit and Standards Committees;
8. Member Attendance – Chairman to report back on his meeting with the Leader of Council regarding the 50% meeting attendance threshold (Standards Committee report and minutes of 11 January 2001 meeting linked below);
9. Complaint SH04/170708: Monitoring Officer to provide oral update.
