3. Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;
4. Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests; they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;
5. The Future of Standards – Update – to consider a report which develops the themes discussed by the Committee at its meeting on 8 March 2011 and which offers a draft position statement for discussion with Members of the Council and parish and town councils;
6. Local Government Ombudsman’s Annual Report – to consider a report which presents the Local Government Ombudsman’s draft annual report under exempt cover;

7. Member Induction Programme Update – to consider a report which outlines the induction training received by Members of the Council since their election on 5 May 2011 and the ongoing programme;
8. Council Constitution Review – the Deputy Monitoring Officer to provide a verbal update to the meeting;
9. Chairman’s Meeting with the Chief Executive on 13 April 2011 – the Chairman to provide a verbal report to the meeting;
10. Complaints Update – to consider a report which presents an appendix under exempt cover which outlines the current schedule of complaints.
