1. Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 8 February 2011;
2. Urgent Business - brought forward at the discretion of the Chairman;
3. Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;
4. Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests; they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;
5. Future of Standards – to consider a report which contains further information on the Government’s proposals to abolish the current Standards regime and replace it with a voluntary system;
6. Application for Dispensation – Bickleigh Parish Council – to consider five applications for dispensation from members of Bickleigh Parish Council upon matters relating to Woolwell Community Centre;
7. Forward Plan – to consider a report which reviews the Committee’s Forward Plan and reports on progress;
8. Exclusion of Public and Press - to consider the following resolution to exclude the public and press:-
“That in
accordance with Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972, the public
and press be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following
items of business as the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in
paragraph 7c of Part 1 of Schedule 12A to the Act is involved”.
9. Complaints Update – to consider an exempt report which provides an update on the current schedule of complaints.
