6. Year End Management Report (Report to those Charged with Governance – ISA 260) – to receive a presentation by Simon Cookson and Craig Sullivan from PricewaterhouseCoopers, the Council’s external auditor.
7. Update on the Implementation of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004 – to consider a report which updates Members on the Council’s progress in implementing the requirements of the Civil Contingencies Act 2004;
8. Statement of Internal Control for South Hams District Council – to consider a report which provides Members with sufficient information to allow them to independently examine the draft Statement of Internal Control and the supporting evidence and recommend approval of the Statement of Internal Control to Council;
