Call-in of decisions where Members of Scrutiny have evidence which suggests
that the Executive did not take the decision in accordance with the principles

6. Post Office Network Change Programme – to consider a report which raises awareness of the imminent threat to vital local services by closure of local Post Office outlets;
7. Section 106 Agreements – Value for Money – to consider a report which considers whether South Hams residents are getting sufficient value for money from Section 106 Agreements;

Progress Report – to
consider a report on the Council’s performance against selected performance
indicators for the period April 2007 to June 2007;

Scrutiny Shadowing Roles –
to receive a brief update from each Scrutiny Member on their shadowing role;

Needs of Younger People – to
receive a verbal update from the Sub-Group on the needs of younger people;
