1.         Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Group held on 22 March 2007 (as previously circulated);  

2.         Urgent Business - brought forward at the discretion of the Chairman;  

3.         Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;

4.         Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests, they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;

5.                  Matters (if any) referred to the Group under Part 4 (18) Rules of Procedure Call-in of decisions where Members of Scrutiny have evidence which suggests that the Executive did not take the decision in accordance with the principles set out in Article 13 (Decision Making);

6.         Comprehensive Performance Assessment – Use of Resources – Assessment Resultsto consider a report by the Council’s External Auditor, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP;

7.         Annual Audit and Inspection Letter – to consider a report by the Council’s External Auditor, PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP;

8.         Internal Audit – Annual Internal Audit Plan 2007/08 – to consider a report which provides Members with the opportunity to review and comment upon the audit plan and computer audit plan for 2007/08;

9.         Opportunities for Integrating District and County Street Cleansing Services on the Public Highway – to consider a report which explores opportunities for delivering services on street cleansing with other agencies with the potential of gaining efficiency savings which could be invested in improving service delivery on the ground;  

10.       Agenda Items for Future Meetings of Scrutiny
