8.         Review of the Local Code of Corporate Governance for South Hams District Council – to consider a report which informs Members of the result of the annual testing and monitoring for 2005 / 2006 required by the Code of Corporate Governance  

9.         Update on the Implementation of the Licensing Act 2003 – to consider a report of the Head of Environmental Health on the implementation and progress of the Licensing Act 2003

10.       Customer Service Standards – Oral Report by the Head of Customer Services
