1. Minutes - to approve as a correct record and authorise the Chairman to sign the minutes of the meeting of the Board held on 31 March 2008;
2. Urgent Business - brought forward at the discretion of the Chairman;
3. Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;
4. Declarations of Interest – Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests, they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;
5. Public Questions Time - a period of up to 15 minutes is available to deal with questions from the public;
6. Feedback from Harbour Community Forums – to receive verbal reports from Board Members who attend the Harbour Community Forums on behalf of the Board;
7. Harbour Bye-Laws – to consider a report on the feedback from the Modification Bye-law consultation process and proposes that the Harbour Board recommend the amendment of the harbour byelaws to full Council;
8. Replacement of Harbour Pontoons – to consider a report which notes the progress on the replacement of the Visitors’ Pontoon during financial year 2008/09 and seeks approval to replace the Batson Pontoons during the financial year 2009/10;

9. Loss of Blue Flag Status for South Sands Beach – to consider a report on the background to the loss of the Blue Flag status at South Sands and the progress made on seeking to regain its status;
10. Performance Management – to consider a report which notes the Harbour’s performance against agreed Performance Indicators;
11. Topical Harbour Issues – to consider a report which updates on the progress made against a number of operational projects within Salcombe Harbour.
