updates Members on the progress of Single Status negotiations to date and seeks
further approval regarding the process of job evaluation;

in the Interests Of Efficiency – to consider a report
which updates Members on the 2006 Regulations and the need to approve the method
of calculating compensatory benefits payable on redundancy and termination of
employment in the interests of efficiency.
