Licensing Sub-Committee meeting to be held in the Repton Room on Monday 12 September 2005 at 10:00 am

1.         Appointment of Chairman;  

2.         Division of Agenda - to consider whether the discussion of any item of business is likely to lead to the disclosure of exempt information;

3.         Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests, they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting;

4.        Consideration of an Application for the Conversion and Simultaneous Variation of a Premises Licence Under the Licensing Act 2003 – The Cherub Inn, Higher Street, Dartmouth;

5.        Consideration of an Application for the Conversion and Simultaneous Variation of a Premises Licence Under the Licensing Act 2003 – The Floating Bridge, Coombe Road, Dartmouth;

6.         To determine various applications from licensed premises for variations of existing Justices liquor licences under the Licensing Act 2003.
