3.         Declarations of Interest - Members are invited to declare any personal or prejudicial interests, including the nature and extent of such interests, they may have in any items to be considered at this meeting  

4.         To determine an application from a licensed premises for variations of existing Justices liquor licences under the Licensing Act 2003 – Reef, 43 Fore Street, Ivybridge

5.         To determine an application for a new premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 – New Hung Toa Take Away, 20 Leechwell Street, Totnes
